Membership

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register and become a WALGLI Member. By becoming a WALGLI Member, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself.

Members Access to Third-Party Services Provider Epiq MD, Inc.

In the United States, we (“WALGLI”) have entered into a strategic relationship with telemedicine and virtual care services provider Epiq MD. Each WALGLI Member (from the United States) will receive a customer account with Epiq MD, during which each member will agree to the respective privacy policy and terms of use provided by Epiq MD. This acknowledgment occurs herein as a WALGLI Member, and it also occurs explicitly upon utilizing Epiq MD’s services. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and by these Terms and Conditions. You must not:

• Use our services in any way that may impair, damage, or interfere with the functioning of our website or systems
• Engage in any unauthorized or unlawful activities
• Upload or transmit any material that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, or to the systems or data belonging to any other WALGLI Member.

All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of WALGLI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living a Good Life and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
